P.S! If you are unable to attend – please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made before March 5th. All cancellations made after this date will recieve an invoice for 900 NOK – this is to cover the expenses we can not be reimbursed for. Please note that this also applies for attendees registered with a VIP-code. Cancellations must be done by writing to [email protected].

Accommodation

If you need accommodation between 12 and 14 March, Thon Partner Stavanger Forum Hotel is the nearest alternative. The hotel is Stavanger's tallest hotel and is located in the Tjensvoll district, where you will find the conference rooms next to each other. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the city centre.

By referring to booking code 30527949, you get accommodation per night at NOK 1,545 per single room/night. Breakfast is of course included.
